If you do not take advantage of any promotion before submitting your order, you may not add it later.
If you wish to return your WALLBANGER, take these steps:
1. You must call VT-WALLBANGERS Customer Service at 1 888 843 9275 in the USA, to receive a Return Authorization Number. Our customer service representatives will walk you through the process.
2. You MUST return your WALLBANGER and all related graphics on the liner your WALLBANGER came on.
3. You must return your WALLBANGER inside of the tube that it was originally shipped in and it must be clearly marked "WALLBANGERS Return".
4. MyCustom WALLBANGERS cannot be returned.
5. VT-WALLBANGERS reserves the right to use any MyCustom image for marketing purposes on the VT-WALLBANGERS web site. Please contact customer service if you wish to have your image removed.
If your WALLBANGER was never removed from the liner it came on, you can return it, with all accompanying graphics, within 30 days of the delivery date, to exchange it for another one or receive a refund (less shipping and handling fees).
If you have removed your WALLBANGER from the liner, you cannot return it.
If you believe that you have received a defective product, you may return it, with all accompanying graphics, as long as the item is on the original liner and in the original shipping tube, within 30 days of the delivery date, in exchange for another WALLBANGER.

All Custom and Clearance sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on clearance or Custom items.
